Brave Concepts was started by a gamer that had a desire to develop high quality gaming products. We are a small company and understand the needs and desires of our customer base.
• What products do you sell?
Our first product is the Agenor Wireless Headset for XBOX Live. Other products are following close behind. Keep an eye out for our PS2 wireless headset as well as replacement wired headsets for both consoles.
• Agenor? What the H*%L is Agenor anyway?
Agenor is the Greek God of Action. Action is defined to be much like "The Force" in Star Wars™. We thought this name was perfect for our type of product.
• Why has your product launch been pushed back? You earlier stated a
Spring Release.
Unfortunately we did have to push back our release date. This was in
response to a needed adjustment in our design. Rest assured this was a good
thing, although unexpected. Our headset will still be coming out and we
expect it to look and function exactly the same as first anticipated.
• I feel your price is too high. Why so much?
When you consider the limited competition in this field of one headset for over $100.00 and another in the same price point we respectfully disagree. Communication pieces can be cheap to produce. However when you start adding in items like wireless chipsets, specialized filters to make sure you do not get feedback when your controller vibrates as well as eliminating interference and a rugged design you reach our price point rather rapidly. We have tried our best to keep the price where most will be able to afford.
• I have a wireless controller. Will this work with XBOX Live?
We believe so. Different brands of wireless controllers have different communication packages. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this operation. Check back in the upcoming months. We will have a page dedicated to wireless controller testing. This page will begin once the product has been completed.
• Will your product work with any controller?
Before you go ahead and buy just any controller to work with our wireless headset you must first make sure the controller has two (2) card slots. Some companies have introduced controllers with only one slot. THIS WILL NOT WORK with our wireless headset. To use the wireless headset you must use both slots. The first is for the XBL Network Adapter, the second is for the Agenor Wireless Card.
• How will I be able to buy Agenor?
The current business model is to sell right here at BraveConcepts.com. Please check back frequently for updates. If we do sell through the Mass Retail Market, you will also be able to find out through this website.
